Privacy Policy

Padel Flow ("we", "us", or "our") provides tournament management features for padel and similar racket sports. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Who this applies to People who create an account, join or create tournaments, use credits, contact support, or browse public legal information for Padel Flow.

Main third-party providers Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Remote Config.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

To create, operate, synchronize, and restore tournaments and related activity.
To sign you in, verify account ownership, and protect account-security actions.
To process one-time credit purchases and promo redemptions.
To provide support, diagnose issues, and improve app stability.
To prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate purchase processing, and unauthorized account actions.
To comply with legal obligations and maintain reasonable internal records.

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when needed to run the service.

With Google and Firebase services that provide authentication, hosting, cloud functions, remote configuration, and data storage.
With Google Play Billing to verify eligible Android purchases and grant credits.
With other app users only through the tournament content you choose to create or join.
With legal authorities when required by law or when needed to protect users, the app, or our rights.

Sponsor content in the app is not personalized using your profile or purchase data. If you open an external sponsor link, that external site is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Data retention

Active account and tournament data is retained while needed to provide the service.
Purchase history may be retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and payment dispute handling.
Deletion audit records are retained as a minimal internal log after account deletion.
Shared tournament history may be retained with anonymized creator identity to preserve tournament integrity.

5. Account deletion

You can request account deletion directly inside the app:

Open Padel Flow.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Complete the typed confirmation and recent-auth confirmation flow.

When deletion completes:

Your active account profile and identity links are removed from normal app use.
Shared tournament records may remain, but creator identity is anonymized where needed for history integrity.
Unused credits are forfeited and cannot be restored after deletion.
A minimal internal deletion log is retained for security and support purposes.

If you cannot access the app and need deletion assistance, contact padelflow01@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account data and service integrity. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children and age-sensitive data

Padel Flow is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the app, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal obligations, or data practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Padel Flow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
Email/password accounts may need email verification before some sensitive actions are allowed.
You may not use another person's account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
Upload or publish offensive, hateful, or harmful tournament or profile content.
Interfere with the app, bypass access controls, or abuse purchase, promo, or credit systems.
Attempt unauthorized access to data, services, or other users' accounts.

4. Tournament content

You are responsible for the content you create or share in the app, including tournament names, player names, schedules, and results. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users or the service.

5. Credits, purchases, and promo codes

Padel Flow currently offers one-time credit purchases and promo-code redemptions.
Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, not directly by Padel Flow.
Credits are consumed when you use paid features such as eligible tournament creation or extension flows.
Credits granted through purchase or redemption currently expire 180 days after they are added to your account.
Refunds, taxes, and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play policies and the payment method you used.
We may refuse, reverse, or withhold credits in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback, or duplicate processing protection.

6. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account through the in-app Delete Account flow described above. We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

Padel Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
